The Role
This is a really exciting time for our business and we’re looking forward to welcoming this vital new member to our Team. A true lynchpin, in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment at the forefront of Insurtech; you will help maximise the CEO’s and Business Development team’s value, contributing directly to the business’ expansion. Â
You will be ‘that’ person. That awesome individual that the team trust and rely on to get things done. You will be ace at pre-empting needs and have that drive and focus to produce the right solution and guide the team on what’s best. You’ll be able to think outside the box and provide creative solutions to the things that are asked of you. They’ll wonder how they ever survived without you!
Specifically, this role will ensure our Senior Management and Business Development team receive a high level of support and structure across all facets of their Client/Strategic Partner sales endeavours. This role will take ownership of translating Business Development needs and supporting the acquisition of new key Clients and Partners.Â
Salary: £40k p/a
